1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the AnimeHub Android app, anime-hub.world, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use AnimeHub. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
3. What AnimeHub provides
AnimeHub helps you discover anime and manga, maintain local watchlists and progress, view schedules and metadata, receive reminders, and participate in community discussions. Some features may require an account, notification permission, or an AnimeHub Pro subscription.
AnimeHub is a tracking, discovery, and community service. It does not host or stream anime episodes, distribute manga chapters, or grant rights to third-party media.
Features, availability, and content may change over time. We may test, improve, suspend, or retire features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Accounts
Google sign-in is used for account features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and devices and for activity performed through your AnimeHub account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. We may restrict usernames, profile images, or account behavior that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, or integrity risk.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AnimeHub to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully discriminate;
- publish illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, or privacy-invasive material;
- infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights;
- spam, manipulate ratings or engagement, or coordinate fake activity;
- probe security, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or automate access in a way that harms AnimeHub or others;
- extract or reuse the service, community content, or metadata in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of comments, ratings, profile elements, and other content you submit. You grant AnimeHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with these terms. Public community content may remain in screenshots or copies made by other users even after it is deleted from AnimeHub.
7. Community moderation
Users can report community content. We may review, hide, remove, or limit content and accounts that violate these terms, threaten users or service integrity, or expose AnimeHub to legal risk. Moderation decisions depend on context and do not guarantee that every objectionable item will be found or removed immediately.
8. AnimeHub Pro and Google Play billing
AnimeHub Pro is offered through Google Play. The price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and included features shown in the purchase flow apply to your order. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the next billing date under your Google Play settings.
Google processes payment and manages cancellation and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Deleting AnimeHub or your AnimeHub account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage it from yourGoogle Play subscriptions.
We may adjust future pricing or Pro features with notice required by Google Play or applicable law. Changes do not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Third-party services and content
AnimeHub relies on services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, and AniList. Their products, accounts, availability, metadata, links, and policies are controlled by those providers. Anime and manga names, images, descriptions, and related rights belong to their respective owners.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
10. AnimeHub intellectual property
Except for user content and third-party material, the AnimeHub name, branding, interface, software, original text, and other service elements are owned by AnimeHub or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership.
11. Disclaimers and limits
AnimeHub is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, notification delivery, complete metadata, or the accuracy of community or third-party content.
To the extent permitted by law, AnimeHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using AnimeHub or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or threat to other users. Where appropriate, we will consider the severity and provide notice.
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a material change requires your agreement, we will request it through an appropriate notice.
